That needs to be removed
Every part of the bill except for the actual stimulus needs to be removed. None of this "We destroyed your jobs but we'll give you a bit of money in exchange for increasing our control" bs
There should be a law that every bill has to be 10 pages or less, in layman's terms so that they stop trying to sneak garbage in as "relief"
toss everything out except for every american with a ss number...then everybody will have 10-20k cash....don't give it to them all at once..or everybody will jack up prices
