Use a racquet, hit the ball, Don't stop moving. Always try to center yourself after you hit the ball. It is easier to go forward than to go backwards.

@talhirsh4 I know a guy that used to work as a trainer for some of the redskins or something like that. He liked it and made OK money, but not much more than he would have at a fast food place. Im no expert, but, my understanding is that it's a niche career field, so unless you really want a career in that field, you likely wont find it worth the time it takes to build a name and get a decent paying job in that field. that is just my 2c though.
