i don't care if they want to change team names, tbh. but i saw a native commented on ig that they hate it because they never have anything cool representing them, and their culture is just slowly dying away. they're in favour of keeping these "problematic" team names because people will continue to talk and discuss and learn about the native's history behind these names, instead of erasing it and literally scrubbed natives out of existence
