Oh and bowl games have lost all their meaning because of this playoff system. Everyone is trying to get in it even tho it’s always the same 4-6 teams and if they aren’t in the playoffs most juniors/seniors just quit for the draft

This season honestly is just a disaster

If anything this season was literally all for the SEC/ACC to get money and nothing else

A team that played half a schedule and is in because people "think" they are good (Imagine running a marathon, but starting at the 13 mile mark while everyone else started from the start)

2 one loss teams that showed that they really can't compete with the top teams (ND and A&M)

It was criminal that Coastal was like 4 places below a team who got blown out by a team they beat

Think about it this way, what other sport are you punished for having a great season? Literally CFB rn is the only sport where you can go 13-0 and yet have 0 chance at making the playoffs

CFB is messed up fundamentally though

Non-P5 schools no matter how well they play are almost automatically disqualified

I think either they need to go back to the BCS system or go straight to an 8-16 team playoff ASAP. It’s apparent that this 4 team thing doesn’t work at all

Honestly, I'd like to see some sort of European promotion and relegation system, where teams like Cincinnati can be moved into the big 10 for winning their conferences, and teams like Rutgers who suck get moved down

Clemson & Oklahoma have won their conferences every year since 2015, Ohio State every year since 2017
