they also make water bottles, ive used mine for years. i get toxic water reports in the mail almost every month. tastes 10x better with it. bugout or not a filter and container is useful.

2020-10-04 21:58:45 UTC

Keep lots strong thin line for making fish traps

2020-10-04 22:25:26 UTC

Less abrasion the better

2020-10-04 22:27:58 UTC

@Blackout how are sawyer mini?

2020-10-05 00:20:08 UTC

There good because you can attach them to a water bottle and it comes with a bag to screw on

Oh cool lots more life too 10x the life

2020-10-05 00:23:09 UTC

I think there the same price as life straw

2020-10-05 01:14:28 UTC

Might get one of Amazon try it

2020-10-06 17:18:06 UTC

Dang I strive to be as prepared as everyone in this channel

2020-10-06 17:18:26 UTC

I only have very basic stuff, only a 72 hour kit rather than a bugout bag

2020-10-06 17:20:50 UTC

But thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m studying Recreation Management in college. Itโ€™s widely free of liberal bias (especially in my relatively conservative college) and I get to learn about wilderness survival

2020-10-07 03:03:27 UTC

What college?

2020-10-07 03:34:53 UTC

BYU-Idaho

2020-10-07 03:37:03 UTC

YOOOOO

2020-10-07 03:37:37 UTC

@Evelyn S. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ I'm gonna go there after I serve my mission

2020-10-07 03:37:53 UTC

My sister met her husband there

2020-10-07 03:38:23 UTC

My brother went there for a semester but decided he didn't like it

2020-10-07 03:41:04 UTC

@HUNTER4639 YOOOOO THATโ€™S AWESOME DUDE

2020-10-07 03:41:24 UTC

I really enjoy it

2020-10-07 03:42:05 UTC

Nice!

2020-10-07 03:45:01 UTC

I considered transferring to BYU but itโ€™s too bug city for me and I feel like itโ€™s going downhill

2020-10-07 03:45:10 UTC

*big city

2020-10-07 03:46:41 UTC

Yeah that's really true

2020-10-07 17:10:34 UTC

This youtube channel is another great one to follow as well

2020-10-07 17:12:37 UTC

What up BYU peeps! I went to LDSBC/ENSIGN college! ๐Ÿ™Œ

2020-10-07 17:13:50 UTC

Did you notice the extra stress put on preparation in Conference? ๐Ÿ˜… I am certainly feeling it. Been following Glenn Beck on the possibilities of Cival War too.

2020-10-07 17:23:05 UTC

Don't get yourselves overwhelmed with prepping. It can be as simple as, this month I am going to buy two costco toilet papers instead of one. ๐Ÿ‘ This month I am going to spend $50 on canned meats. Etc.

2020-10-07 17:24:35 UTC

If you drink milk, you can save your gallon containers to preserve water in. Pretty sure you just add a tsp. Of bleach, but don't hole me to that. You should look it up. The bleach stops mold and bacteria from growing in the water though.

2020-10-07 18:14:05 UTC

Yooooo I didnโ€™t expect so many BYU people here

2020-10-07 18:14:49 UTC

According to google, itโ€™s 8 drops of bleach per gallon of water

2020-10-07 18:16:23 UTC

This is my 72 hour kit

2020-10-07 18:16:39 UTC

Itโ€™s not very big but Iโ€™m glad I have it

2020-10-07 18:17:54 UTC

That waterproof container is chock full of cliff bars and it also has dryer lint, matches, and water purification tablets

2020-10-07 18:19:23 UTC

Itโ€™s mostly for wilderness survival rather than urban survival because I put it together for my wilderness survival class

2020-10-07 19:34:06 UTC
