My plan is to put a soldier on top of it

If I were making it, I would put the soldier either in front of or behind the American flag.

I just can’t find a soldier shadow picture with no background that’s my main idea that’s all I need can’t find it anywhere

Try putting 'clip art' in the search terms

If so, at just below the search bar in image search there should be a 'Tools' button, hit that and some tools should pop down, hit 'Type' then 'Clip Art'
