@fuckyourtunes the truth is war on a large scale isn't feasible, at least not currently. Major catalysts would have to happen to cause a full scale war. Right now it will continue to be a series of proxy wars, and a war of culture, and America still has a few patriots left (i.e. this entire discord, and YouTube channel it is a community of, exists)
but, a day will come when it is tested. Whether it is from within or without doesn't matter, it's a simple question of if we learned from our past or not, and I think a lot have forgotten, but a few of us remember or were taught about those who came before us, and spilled their blood in our defense.
And quite a few of us don't rely on the military, a LOT of us have armed ourselves for the very thing you are talking about. Not only do we have one of the largest conventional military powers in the world, we have the largest INSTANT unconventional force in the world. 9 million insurgents ready to pop off if a tyrant decides to try and take American soil. Insurmountable minutemen will be the REAL power of the states. It will be bloody, but we won't go quietly.
No matter what happens, the US will come out on top, we may be beaten and bruised, but we won't go down.
So don't worry about us "dumb Americans" we will be just fine.
