Well, most of North Korea tanks are dressed up T-62's. With sheet metal just slapped on them, and sometimes they can make their paper machete creations look cool

And ironically, even tho this adds no benefit to protection against sabot penetrator ammo. It would provide alot of protection against HESH and HEAT if they spaced it

The outer sheet metal makes the HESH and HEAT rounds explode before hitting the armor, instead of going through the armor and exploding inside.

Where as the sabot rounds would just go straight through the sheet metal and armor.

Like, pen values for stock ammo are all sorts of fucked up, HE does better at penetrating than AP does even against flat surfaces, gotta pay to use the good ammo

German tanks are the weakest in wot

Frankly i think armor in WoT's is irrelevant, because someone on the opposite team will still find a way to pen you no matter your thickness or angling
