i just got rising storm 2 vietnam
same
it's pretty fun
till you get blue on blue fire
Im about 6 months from turning 17 meaning i can finally talk to a recruiter and idk why but i get nervous/excited thinking about just walking into that building
A grunts life line from a distance is heard for ever in my ear, to hear that chopper getting louder as it nears.
I'm guessing most of the guys in here are US. What you think of a royal marine who sued for 100k because he had to sleep in an igloo. Not military my self, but is that kind of stuff not what you train for
Oh boo hoo the marine had to experience harsh climate training?
See that's why I thought. I was always under the assumption that the marines were.. Well the best of the best not suing because the got there nips frosty.
What a girl.
lol. and that's why you'll never be able to invade Russia! Just ask the French & the Germans 🤣

Igloo's are surprisngly cosy
alright scenario, you have to take a walled city. Assuming diplomacy has gone out the window, The city is well defended and the civilians have all evacuated the city, how would you take the city?
this works back then and now biological warfare
Bomb tf out of it
^ gg ez

Modern problems require modern solutions
not wipe it off the face of the earth
because then that makes us look bad
Bomb the wall and use precision strikes on known enemy positions.
if this was back then in ancient times what they would do is throw diseased corpses and seige the city of its resources if its now just use gas or something and also seige
And send the bois to do the rest.

@Kato here hows this: Time period is right after ww2 and just before korea
create a supply line and cut off the city of its resources and surround its entry points
Found exploitable weak spots in it, ie sewer system
any ideas as to how to deal with enemy resistance down there?
wdym where
i was refering to the sewers thing
o
as in how does he intend to deal with enemy resistance in the sewers
probably gas or some infiltration
could introduce disease down there too
ooh
this was back then so it wouldve been hard to combat (considering ww1 and ww2 had a lot of deaths from disease)
@ThiccSpicyGenderRevealParty then i would still bomb the wall and try as precisely as possible to bomb known enemy positions
And then send tanks and infantry to finish them off
