Pershings and M60s are great tanks, but their weight made them not suitable for jungle combat, which is why M551 Sheridans were better, but their turret problems and ammo case ruptures were a huge issue

Something like T92's, HSTVs, M551 and possibly M41's were far superior in jungle combat

Avro Vulcan, the plane that made the Falklands landing easier only to get retired that same day

thats one hell of a retirement day

Initially it was going to be 4 Vulcans but the lead plane had compression issues and the 3rd plane was flying with half a gallon due to the refueling planes being epty after fueling the 1st 2

they barely made it back with only liters left in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, they were saved by 5 Lone star refuel planes all the way back to the UK
