Does the removal of shark attacks and the addition of the "first 100 yards" affect state National Guard training, or is it just for the Army?

dammit. I'm planning on joining the NG next year, but I really don't want the pussified "training". I'd rather get screamed at constantly and know that I'm being pushed past my preconceived limits.
