It has been prodomanatly focused on Africa as well as neiboring countries. It also has become a major economic power and is building dependance via debt under maos policys. Their military hasn't been in a major conflict or operation scince Nam. Their stratigy consists of throwing their massive population at us. In short it is trying to become a superpower. We are in another cold war and arms race. Our militay is supirior in every way exsept space tech.

I doubt we will have a full scale war but the army would be split like everyone else and their would be mixed amounts of loyalty.
