Basically the situation we are in is like when people have an attacker at gunpoint. They tell the attacker don’t move a step further or I will shoot you, and if the person does that they have legal right to shoot them. It’s the same thing with the government. We are telling the government don’t take another step forward and take our guns, if they do they will be directly disobeying our threats and if we shoot back that would just be us literally coming through with what we had said previously.
