Last night my dad and I went hunt the second stand and while we were there 3 deer were at the other stand

Yeah we don't have big deer like y'all do up there

The biggest one ever killed on the lease we're own was 170 pounds

our deer are weird here, because VA imported deer from NH or some place to increase our deer population. They bred with the smaller native deer and now we have these jacked deer that aren't particularly large.

He looks kind of small. Am I just uneducated in bucks? 😂

:( I don't know the process to go hunting in California and I don't have a hunting rifle to use either

honestly, you may be find it easier to go bow hunting there. Ik that in here in NOVA, you really can't find any place to hunt with a rifle legally unless you have quite a few acres. That said, there are hundreds of acres of land that VA lets you bow hunt on if you get certified.

There is a rusty hunting rifle at my grandma's house, in one of their sheds.

We have licenses from A to F.

Our self defense license "B" can't be owned by everyday civilians, and there are laws that protect more intruders than victims, so that's wack.

I want too, but i don't have a bow that is powerful enough. I had to get rid of mine :( Besides, I would have to catch him at the nearest public hunting spot, which is a few miles from here. It's probably possible, but unlikely.
