I carry 2 on me, and 1 in my truck. I dont carry spare rounds for the 38. But for my 9 on my hip I always have 1 extra mag

The truck has extra ammo for all 3

I’ve heard about 30 round mags not being loaded full and left full. But I’ve never heard about not loading your handgun to the max
