2020-08-26 03:54:21 UTC

2020-08-26 03:54:26 UTC

I know just enough that I don't know shit

2020-08-26 03:54:26 UTC

Am moving my way up to like us all

2020-08-26 03:55:33 UTC

I do know i sent in my form 1 to build a surpressor

2020-08-26 03:55:44 UTC

mmmm das a sexy rifle

2020-08-26 03:56:06 UTC

Was my 18th birthday present to myself

2020-08-26 03:56:11 UTC

See i was thinking my ak would look better with wood furniture

2020-08-26 03:56:22 UTC

i love a good gun

2020-08-26 03:56:38 UTC

The problem with the Saigas as far as handguards go is that they lack front retainers

2020-08-26 03:56:46 UTC

You have to have those installed, I believe

2020-08-26 03:57:05 UTC

But if you want a full length rail, the stock system is actually awesome

2020-08-26 03:57:48 UTC

Nice i should look into that i just got the romo 5 on it now

2020-08-26 03:58:11 UTC

That website I linked you, that sells the bullet guides? They stock the same handguard that I have

2020-08-26 03:58:34 UTC

I do like the EQ tech on my ar15 better then the romo5 but its never failed

2020-08-26 03:58:55 UTC

It's a pretty nice piece, but it's machined aluminum. If you got a lathe, a bridgeport and an indexing head, you could make your own fairly easily

2020-08-26 04:00:23 UTC

Nice what did ur cost

2020-08-26 04:00:33 UTC

The handguard

2020-08-26 04:00:41 UTC

When I bought mine, which was like 4 or 5 years ago, I think it was like 150 bucks

2020-08-26 04:01:25 UTC

Still not bad i paid like 300 for my light weight one for my ar10 308

2020-08-26 04:01:58 UTC

120 actually, but out of stock right now

2020-08-26 04:02:17 UTC

Which I am still pissed about i put so much into that rifle and still have some problems

2020-08-26 04:02:54 UTC

AR10s are tricky because they lack standardization

2020-08-26 04:10:51 UTC

Idk it was a stainless steel heavy berrel then I put on a light weight handguard, lightweight berrel, adjustable gas block all odin works and stage two tigger and now it loads a round high and jams

2020-08-26 04:11:50 UTC

Only thing I can think of is the feed ramps

2020-08-26 04:12:15 UTC

Should i just get new mags

2020-08-26 04:13:43 UTC

The feed ramps are internal to the rifle

2020-08-26 04:13:58 UTC

But since you mentioned magazines, do you have any cheapos for that rifle?

2020-08-26 04:15:17 UTC

Just got what they had at the local gun shop

2020-08-26 04:16:28 UTC

If you don't mind sacrificing a mag for the sake of experimentation, you could try shaving down the front of one a little bit

2020-08-26 04:16:47 UTC

I can do that

2020-08-26 04:17:13 UTC

Theoretically that should push the round up less

2020-08-26 04:17:35 UTC

Lil by lil till it work

2020-08-26 04:17:52 UTC

Yeah, check it periodically
