Are those 30-06 cartridges?

They look like it

If you got a caliper handy, see if you can get a measurement of the bullet diameter

A 30 06 casing fits over it

With a little room

But the numbers don’t say 30 06

And I have a shot casing that says Norma 77 jap

Most likely those are numbers that are indicative of the plant of manufacture

@Winnie37a I believe they are 30-06 ball and AP(steel core) I have a few of em lying around from my grandpa

Your round on the left identifies itself as being from the Des Moines Ord Co. made in 1942.

The one on the right identifies to be from Lake City Arsenal made in 1954.
