Besides a pistold entire reason to exist is to be a quick to grab and use to rapidly respond to someone rushing of your reloading or your primary gun jammed, so generally you dony want too many rounds inside the pistol itself since that would weigh the gun down and making it slower to draw

But if you extend the magazine I feel like you can’t really conceal carry it very well
