In real life ive only ever had one minor failure to feed

The feed lips get bent/smashed down too low and it causes it not to feed, just get hung up

Yep, that happens. Feed lips make or break a magazine

That's why for the AK47, surplus steel mags are still the go-to magazine

But ive never had any issues with my HK G3 mags
