question for the Americans here. Do you legally have to register a blackpowder gun if you make it yourself? say an 80%/kit gun or from scratch?
from scratch <:benshapirolasereyes:736783642205880320>
^i knew a guy that built one from scratch. that is why I included the "from scratch" part xD
i mean
it also blew up after the second shot
its not hard
just a tube and a trigger mechanism
ppsh be like
like honestly making a fully automatic gun is easier
very tru.
if u want to use mags that is
like its just "an angry tube" with a simple leaver trigger that stops the bolt in its back position
If I ever made a gun, it would be an 80% or a bolt gun. But ofc I would do it legally.
everything is legal if the police doesn't know anything about it
not tru. its illegal regardless of whether or not you get caught.
um
it is tru
so it's legal
no, it is still illegal
by def
xD
u know u can make an ak mag with an sks clip and some rubberbands?
<:dogekek:726878872607653918>
really?
i must learn more
not saying i did it
but
i has a pic somewhere of my dad doing it
and is it a mag then?
cuz if it's a clip it's legal in California

Is that Gun related
65x55 you dont have to register any firearms at all in most states. definitely not black powder. ny and cali will make u register handguns and have a stupid bunch of hoops to jump through to get a pistol permit, including registering the pistol. But you can walk into a gun store in maine and walk out with a loaded pistol in your pocket as long as you got money and pass background check, no registration required.
here's a website for state by state registration requirements:
www.nraila.org/gun-laws/state-gun-laws/
California is just bad, don't live there
What that guy said sums it up👆 👍
Any guns similar to Walther PPQ M2?
