I really want a Trump 1911 in 45 but I'm spending that money on my first AR15.
The silver on your gun is nice but I prefer the gold/bronze one someone showed in here a few months back.
If you could only have one non class three weapon, what you it be?
I want to limit the scope of the question otherwise most people would choose a full auto gun or something like a tank.
What does Class Two include?
Class 3 are generally full auto/select fire guns (may include three round burst), supressed, under 16 inch barrel, fires rounds larger then 50 BMG, or uses explosives. There are a few more things it covers but my question was basically limited to guns that anyone in the US can walk into a gun store or buy online and ship to a dealer and buy with only a normal background check.
hmmm if I could get a non class two weapon, I'd gun for that civilian mp5 that HK recently made
David Its class 3 bud, not class 2
the sp5?
???
Semi auto
?
wouldn't the sp5 not be for civilians if it were full auto?
I'm asking is it semiautomatic
> David Its class 3 bud, not class 2
@Aperfectghost yep, your correct. Not sure where I was thinking 2 from.
My second option would've been a Scorpion Evo.
I have one
Pistol ver
At the end of the year I hope to get a class 3
I agree Erdy I would love a Sp5
Nice, how much is the class 3 license? I heard it's not cheap and takes a long time to get?
Too much honestly
I can never get a straight answer about how long
I've been hearing people who aren't getting a class 3 license but instead just getting a stamp taking 6+ months to get word they have been approved.
It's an automated background check I think and a transfer of money but the government can still make any mundane task take an eternity.
As for the cost It depends upon the amount you sell its between 500 to $1000
Annual tax
I'm having this muzzle brake pin a welded on my AR15 I getting to it just barely hits the 16 inch and doesn't make it an SBR or require me make it a pistol. I picked this particular one because it also has mounts for a suppressor if I decide to get one. I know a muzzle brake is overkill for 5.56 but I wanted the option to mount a suppressor and having less recoil is just gravy.

The annual fees is why it's hard to justify a class 3 unless you get lot of restricted guns.
Right
Decisions to make
However if they try and classify glocks and AR15 as assault weapons, the mags and guns themselves would probably make getting a license cheaper if you have lots of guns.
Cool Muzzle break
I usually get flash hiders
I can agree to that statement, I need to by some p14 mags
I'm curious, why a flash hider? If you don't hunt at night or trying to hide your muzzle flash from an enemy, why not go for a brake or compensator?
Compensators are great for large bullets like .308 and up...but it's just as you say I'm hiding the flash....I never really found muzzle breaks useful
But sometimes useful on some weapons
