I wouldn't say it was the antidepressants, because if you look at those, most of them had suddenly stopped taking their meds. You should never just stop with antidepressants or antipsychotics, doing so canresult in unstable mood swings and worsening symptoms.

When they bring you off, they taper the doses for a reason.
