2020-11-25 21:53:14 UTC

I understand. I am slightly larger than average.

2020-11-25 21:53:14 UTC

But bigger guns are easy to hide

2020-11-25 21:53:32 UTC

i always liked revolvers

2020-11-25 21:53:35 UTC

Longer shirts, high-ride holsters

2020-11-25 21:53:39 UTC

1911s look cool

2020-11-25 21:54:03 UTC

1911s are cool, but they have a battery of arms that you need to practice more with.

2020-11-25 21:54:09 UTC

Yup

2020-11-25 21:54:13 UTC

i think personally i'd go with a 1911 over a glock

2020-11-25 21:54:24 UTC

Look at springfield then

2020-11-25 21:54:24 UTC

so to be good with a 1911 you need more practice?

2020-11-25 21:54:41 UTC

1903 springfield?

2020-11-25 21:54:44 UTC

They have some affordable 1911 pistols and the EMP line

2020-11-25 21:54:47 UTC

the rifle

2020-11-25 21:54:49 UTC

Nah the company

2020-11-25 21:54:51 UTC

2020-11-25 21:54:53 UTC

2020-11-25 21:54:56 UTC

2020-11-25 21:55:07 UTC

Give their 1911 line a look over

2020-11-25 21:55:15 UTC

i think fully automatics shouldn't have any restrictions

2A specifically said "shall not be infringed

2020-11-25 21:55:51 UTC

government can't interfere with inalienable rights

2020-11-25 21:56:12 UTC

hell we should be able to own tanks and warships

2020-11-25 21:56:26 UTC

Things to be aware of when buying a 1911:
Internal Extractor vs. External Extractor
Right-handed vs. Ambi controls
.... AND ....
Metallergical Quality Control of the Manufacturer

2020-11-25 21:56:27 UTC

Or fighter jets

2020-11-25 21:56:50 UTC

and i'm lost again what's an extractor?

2020-11-25 21:56:52 UTC

Extractor removes spend casing

2020-11-25 21:57:12 UTC

The extractor is the device that removes the casing from the firearm.

2020-11-25 21:57:12 UTC

Ejector kicks it out

2020-11-25 21:57:25 UTC

so it's the thing that sends the casing out the side of the gun?

2020-11-25 21:57:32 UTC

Like I said go Springfield

2020-11-25 21:57:38 UTC

it removes it from the chamber, specifically.

2020-11-25 21:57:50 UTC

They have excellent quality control from what I've seen

2020-11-25 21:58:12 UTC

And yes extractor remove boolet

2020-11-25 21:59:08 UTC

Springfield is good quality in my experiance. Also, rule of thumb I have found is to not spend less than $700 on a 1911, new.
