Newyork works too but not Oregon, I think it was smart to decriminalize the drugs. Everyone talks about caring about black people but no one ever does the obvious thing. I had this conversation with my buddy, I told him that Black people commit 50% of murders and are 13% of the population. He said it was because of poverty. I told him that is a lie, Percentage wise they have the highest poverty but in actuality there are 16 million white people, 12 million Hispanics and only 9 million Blacks. If Poverty was the key factory then whites & hispanics would have higher murder rates than blacks. Black people have high murders rates because of culture, specifically rap culture.. which idolizes criminals and drug dealers. If we can take away their ability to make money off drugs then I think it will improve the community as a whole. They will have to apply themselves in other avenues.
