"it's cool"
I guess in terms of over-penetration, maybe it's not such a bad thing in *some* circumstances if you know exactly what is behind your target?
Cool but honestly useless
just like the purple ammo
obviously pistol is better, but I am far faster with a rifle, so maybe its worth the downsides?
@sixfivebyfiftyfive well, clearing a building you don't know what's inside so
true
If your really worried about penetration run a shotgun
no pistol as in pistol caliber, just in AR @sixfivebyfiftyfive
wut
oh gotcha
these are real shit arguments lol
Here is my thing. During the event that anything happens needing me to take my firearms and get out I don’t want 5 different kinds of ammo. If anything I’m taking my LAR-8 which is 7.62x51, my AR pistol in 9mm(when I get one😢), and my Sig P2022 or M9 (when I get one).
"just do what I want because I don't understand the use case"
@Phoenix 3-1 yeah I can understand that. I'd probably run 5.56/.300/9mm
I mean most everything i have is eithor 5.56, 7.62x39, or 7.62x51 or .40/.45 for pistols
I’ve seen those .45 pistols. Big.
I want .45 but prefer 9 just because that’s what I’m getting the AR pistol in
I have a lot of different calibers
But i also have a defendable property so i wont be wandering arround
@Phoenix 3-1 why not both? 🙂
something special about a suppressed HK USP .45 tactical
Just get an AR-45 <:thinking:726878987837636698>
no no it's AK-37 idiot
If you get a good muzzle device and a decent tune on your gun, can 7.62x39 be as easy to control as 556? I just think the recoil (ik its not much more) might make it harder to put a lot of rounds down fast if I needed to, but I also want to buy something with more of a punch than 556.
@sixfivebyfiftyfive it's more akin to .300 blackout supersonic if you've ever shot that
UMP45 with a silenecer is my dream gun
I’m not a big fan of .300 if I was gonna get an AR pistol in something other than 9 it would be 5.56
I want a lever action Henry
7.62x39 brakes are easy to come by and are way easier to controll than people say
nope. for rifles, I shot .22, 556, and 30-30. that's it
I paid like $10 for my slant
Plus my RPK shoots fast and accurite with the bipod
@CyberSpacePirate look into TommyBuilt. he does USC->UMP conversions
was thinking for awhile I'd get a G36 from him
@sixfivebyfiftyfive between a 5.56 and 30-30
not crazy, pretty controllable
especially with a muzzle brake like you said
Real RPK hours
