I have seen the warrior poet pistol and would love it but because I would only be 18 my parents have to gift me the pistol for my birthday.

I would definitely suggest tho that you compare the total price of the upgrades you want on the glock including getting cuts and the trigger. I wouldn’t be surprised if it came out almost the same as the war poet

thats not how that works

The barrel for a gun must fit a specific diameter bullet to precise specifications (for accuracy and safety). The diameter of a 5.56 and 7.65 are different, so while you could technically slide a 5.56 bullet down a 7.62 barrel, you should never shoot a bullet out of a barrel built for a different round (excluding 7.62x51 and .308, which have the same diameter and length). The chamber (which is different than the barrel) might be able to have less precise specifications, but the same principle applies, not just to diameter, but to length as well.

Just like shooting a 17hmr from a 22 mag, it won’t mess up the barrel but it would tumble
