That's really just for Firearms being shipped to an FFL

One of my buddies had at-15 parts shipped to an ffl and had the lowers 80% done he just had to mill out the rest.

Damm he could have shipped it all to his house

Yeah you usually have to pay the ffl a little money for getting the parts
