Yeah, awareness is an important thing to have.
So airsoft pistol it is for now
Ye. That's good that you are able to get some practice like that. Even better in my opinion that you are taking the initiative to do it.
Like, I don't want live in fear of them (I had no knife training (for cooking or cutting boxes open and alike) because my mom was a bit over protective). I want to be able to handle.one to protect myself, family, and my friends if need be.
Of course. It's sad to me that some people just don't see how beneficial they can be, if that makes sense. Especially since they can be used to defend not just yourself, but others. As far as knives go, that's also important. They're a lot more versatile and have a lot of uses as a tool. I personally carry one everywhere but school and other places where they aren't allowed.
I keep two pocket knives on.me sometimes
Glad to hear it.
Never really been a knife guy personally, much rather have a gun. It's so weird with my mom, my grandfather got me a shotgun for my first birthday and I've grown up with guns and most men in my family hunt. However it's kinda freaked her out when she found out I bought my first pistol earlier this year at a gun show and plan to get an AR as soon as the parts get available. She is also still weird about me having a carry permit and always carrying.
One has a seatbelt cutter and a window breaker. The other is just better to me
Hmmmm.
Yeah I have one with the seat belt cutter and window breaker, but mine is kinda cheap.
I am a knife collector at heart XD
Nice. What is your favorite knife?
Not that I can fight with one. I would rather have a gun for that
100%
Though I'd like to learn to fight with a knife.
I used to keep a tactical pen in my pocket with a window breaker when on my university campus because I couldn't have a knife or gun but Iost it last year and never got a new one because it was kinda large.
My friend and I were thinking about learning to knife fight and train with each other.
Yeah. On the campus by my school you can carry knives.
My knife I love is downstairs
Fair enough
My graduate university I'm at right now you can carry a knife but couldn't at my undergrad.
Interesting.
I wonder why that is.
My window breaker o e
Well, my undergrad University was in a big liberal city, and my graduate university is a rural engineering university.
That's sick
Ahhhhhh
That makes more sense
You think the engineering school would allow it
They could critique so many knifes
It does, I said I can carry a knife now if I wanted but couldn't before
why is it that most knives with decent steel never seem to have a glass breaker of seatbelt cutter on them?
and usually vise versa too haha
All the seat cutter ones also have serrated edges too =.=
most of them yeah
I had one that didn't
As far as carrying goes, I'm going to apply for a provisional carry permit when I turn 18. That way I can have the option if I would like to. My parents said they'd get me a handgun for my 18th.
My seat cutter one doesn't have a serrated edge.
