the case had a 20inch window..with a 200mm fan on it...

i removed the 200mm fan and it's mounting bracket and the window...to mount the 20inch box fan

i got few of those furnace filters on the intake side of the fan to control dust bunny surges into the case...

i also had to tape up unused areas of the case so i can direct the airflow to areas that need it

generally keeps the mobo/case/vid card about 27c, cpu around 34c

and thats summer time...cooler in winter since i don't turn the heat on much in my room...the pc keeps me warm

but u need headphones on when the fan is on high

or a good soundsystem

i taped off unused slots too on the mobo...to keep dust from being forced in

All I have a tower fan to keep me cool not powerful enough to keep the entire room cool especially when I have my tv and Xbox 1 on

u have to use the right mineral oil ...some case/part components will degrade in the wrong type of oil ...even some pumps

my room...has no insulation worth a dam in the summer time...my bros decided yrs ago to fill in the walls with particle fill insulation material

and theres 2 other floors above me with this crap in the walls..so even pulling out the walls to re-insulate is a bad idea for me...because it's a direct drop from the 3rd floor of filler material to me

i have to leave my door open to get any ac cooling from the next room

I kinda want to by a fan-less pc like the one on linus tech tips and then strap like a walmart box fan to it
