anyone have any tips for aa vehicles in war thunder?

i think my average win rate for it was around 56

most people do until you get radar

i couldnt make it work at all

I could be using that stupid British AA tank you get first and use up all my ammunition on one plane either in regular arcade battles or the Assault Arcade thing and only get a total of around 2-3 hits

i wouldnt really use AA, but research it to the top so you can get the radar AA at the end

those things are dangerous

other than that if you really need aa, wait for them to dive or fly in a straight line usually .5-.7 miles out

on the rare occasions that i can use it on vehicles, they shred light tanks and armored cars

the m247 and the gepard have like 100mm of pen

i just figured that out after missing every single shot at 1.5-2.5 km so yeah

oh and use tracer belts, and usually if you dot hit them you can see where the rounds go. what i do/did was fire in 1 spot and spam around that little area of where they were going to fly, and usually ill get something ebcause they fly into a cloud of aa fire
