Christian furries do exist, but we are vastly outnumbered by CFINO's.
It's a strange "community"
Does the Bible have to say anything about furries?
"Thou shalt not. . ."
Just those three words.
Half of the community is the weird sexually deviant dungeon of society
Like could you not make things more awkward
Shamefully, I've commissioned some of that adult artwork in the past, but I took a huge step towards redeeming myself by having the artist I commissioned take it down. I also sent a takedown request to a website with a letter and three digits, where one piece was mirrored without my permission. I want to see my mother in Heaven if at all possible. I think learning how to repent of my sinful furry garbage is a start in that direction.
It was a brave and necessary step for you. May God bless you!
I was suspicious at first, and this confirmed my suspicions that the community is a haven for the sexually deviant
I was exposed to the bad side of a lot of stuff like SJWs or furries or fandoms early on, so I was more aware of the stuff, you know? I was one of the lucky ones that got their info straight
Young and poor kids don’t deserve this kind of brainwashing
Could any and all Christian furries here send me friend requests on Discord? I like to hope any Christian furry who'd be caught dead in a conservative pro-Trump server is the good kind of Christian furry, even if the Bible doesn't say "thou shalt vote for Trump".
I first became a furry at the age of 20. I'm lucky I wasn't a minor, I guess, but I was still massively uninformed about how sexual the fandom was. I also expected (falsely) the Christian subset to be a safe haven without any of that.
I had been furry for less than a year when my new best friend in the Christian furry community came out as gay to me, and asked if I was okay with him and his BF (also from that Christian furry community) kissing around me. I said no. He became depressed. I blamed myself for years, and wanted to kill myself for hurting him. I think he now identifies as a female and denounced his faith.
i stumbled upon it by accident
and it wasn't exactly a pg image
I'm blessed to not have seen a not PG furry image unintentionally
I think I have dodged a bullet, similar to porn
So never was exposed to anything disgusting
Until the not PG furry image
I am going to confess something very sinful that I did. I do need to acknowledge my sinful activity in the past.
😔
(The logo in the bottom panel is the actual logo of a hella gay "Christian" "ministry" on Fur Affinity. Yup.)
I never knew what it was until hearing whispers, and I was already not interested via the wacky art style
And seeing fursuits was secondhand embarassment
A general trend among pro-gay Christians (and I've not only read about it secondhand from ex-gay Christians, but seen it firsthand as a furry) is the use of pro-gay apologetics that subtly imply one is on board with traditional Christian sexual ethics, just replacing "one man and one woman" with "two people". For example, one says "Paul wouldn't have condemned a loving monogamous gay couple having sex" as though that's all there needs to be said, as though one's *only* condoning loving monogamous gay couples having sex.
What a great twisting of the Bible
This ain't the Constitution
Where you can bend it like melted wax
But if you penetrate their circles, you'll see that, amongst themselves, they treat sexuality with the same attitude that secular people do. Everyone should have it freely without restrictions like "waiting until marriage" or "being monogamous", just the basic ones that secular people and the law accept such as "get consent" and "no minors".
They are rationalizing behaviors that naturally bankrupt a soul
On a real Christian forum, the reaction would have been, "What the literal Hell, people? Don't have sex until you're married, and then only with your spouse! I prescribe 50 cc's of zipping your pants back up *stat*!"
From a legal standpoint, governments shouldn't punish consensual gay sex, but I ain't gonna pretend the Bible condones it as a normal thing that Christians should do.
Yes! The government and the Bible are separated!
Somehow the seculars think separation of church and state can be extrapolated to always acting in a secular manner, as if I suddenly need to stop being a Christian when anything related to such comes up
Back when I was making a desperate plea for the guy who introduced me to furry to leave this gay crap behind, I compiled a list of various evidences that the aforementioned gay "Christian" "ministry" on Fur Affinity was secular AF in its attitude regarding sex, such as them having a charity auction where the winner gets customized pin-up artwork (and two of the examples of the artist's previous work were inaccessible without an FA account because they're NSFW).
The separation of church and state just means the country won’t end up like the Middle East
It’s fine dude
