I won’t force you to accept my beliefs, but it is a good decision to not to.

2020-11-22 03:20:29 UTC

Yeah exactly

2020-11-22 03:20:32 UTC

Until marriage

2020-11-22 03:20:33 UTC

I think it’s a good decision

2020-11-22 03:20:41 UTC

In my opinion and from what I read the ceremony of marriage is symbolic to God and everyone that you became one flesh. While actually having sex you physically become one flesh.

2020-11-22 03:20:44 UTC

Builds a level of trust and makes sex far more special

2020-11-22 03:20:55 UTC

Sex was always intended to be an intimate thing between a husband and a wife.

2020-11-22 03:21:04 UTC

^

2020-11-22 03:21:18 UTC

Yeah I’d say sex is very causal now a days

2020-11-22 03:21:20 UTC

Shouldn’t be

2020-11-22 03:21:31 UTC

Yep, far too casual

2020-11-22 03:21:38 UTC

It’s something that’s meant to bond the husband and wife, that’s also why porn is such a big thing.

2020-11-22 03:21:42 UTC

Seriously though - to all the people who just saw a "Christian" talk about gay people deserving to be shot - every time someone says that, I shake a little out of anger because that's not true. In Israel, they would have, but that's because they had specific rules and were bound by the old Law. They were set apart from all the other nations and were expected to do better. That being said, homosexuality is condemned in the new law too, so no, it does not become permissible in the Bible ever. That being said, I wouldn't be here today if the church was only for perfect people and good Christians should know that they should respect people who have different opinions on the matter.

2020-11-22 03:21:53 UTC

Over half of the girls in my grade at my school have slept with multiple people. And they're teenagers

2020-11-22 03:22:03 UTC

Troll or not, it makes me shake

2020-11-22 03:22:03 UTC

That’s sad

2020-11-22 03:22:08 UTC

That's so sad

2020-11-22 03:22:24 UTC

I agree Longshot

2020-11-22 03:22:26 UTC

That's why I'm not going to get a girlfriend from my school

2020-11-22 03:22:41 UTC

I felt the same way man

2020-11-22 03:22:42 UTC

I don’t see homosexuality as a bad thing at all, but if a Christian says it’s a sin and doesn’t actually treat them any differently then I’m fine

2020-11-22 03:22:56 UTC

Im gratful my gf is loyal

2020-11-22 03:23:03 UTC

I’m not exactly the straightest, and I’ve been treated very well by my religious friends and family

2020-11-22 03:23:14 UTC

Godly women are hard to find now a days

2020-11-22 03:23:14 UTC

Half of my friends are gay. All I care about is if they respect my beliefs

2020-11-22 03:23:29 UTC

I'd also add that people like that are why you don't ever see homosexuality talked about in church and it sucks because the rest of us who are over here like "wait, how do we deal with this?" are all left buying books in secret from Amazon and talking with our pastors as the entire church sits there with only a basic understanding of the matter

2020-11-22 03:23:50 UTC

I just dont think its cool for them to tell churches to marry them

2020-11-22 03:23:53 UTC

Stealing? Check. Sex before marriage? Double check. Gay? Radio silence.

2020-11-22 03:23:56 UTC

It disappoints me to see faith being painted in such a bad light

2020-11-22 03:23:58 UTC

> Godly women are hard to find now a days
@Milkgamer55
Not to sound like an incel, but that’s kinda true ngl

2020-11-22 03:24:09 UTC

It 100% is

2020-11-22 03:24:46 UTC

It’s funny cause the progressives claim you guys are backwater or homophobes but honestly you’ve been great

2020-11-22 03:24:52 UTC

Really gives you perspective

2020-11-22 03:24:55 UTC

that's actually really nice to hear

2020-11-22 03:24:58 UTC

My gf sort of is and isn't. She has the morals, but her father led her to hate

2020-11-22 03:25:13 UTC

Oof

2020-11-22 03:25:37 UTC

As Christians we are called to love our neighbors that includes homosexual people because we all sin

2020-11-22 03:25:43 UTC

Mhm

2020-11-22 03:25:43 UTC

It's literally exhausting to be Christian, Conservative, and someone who struggles with homosexuality all at the same time because no one understands what that's like and you get attacked by extremists on all sides, regardless of your explanation

2020-11-22 03:26:04 UTC

they see the label that offends them the most first and then they clam up

2020-11-22 03:26:10 UTC

Yeah, I’m sure it’s rough
