I don’t believe that vaccine will be the mark of the beast. But it may be something that prepares the world for it.
The actual mark won’t come out until the tribulation period.
At the beginning of the 7-year tribulation, the Anti-christ will come onto the world stage and seem to be ‘savior’ whom most of the world loves.
It’s sometime during this time that the mark of the beast will be instituted.
I also believe that the saved in Christ will be raptured up to be with Jesus before the tribulation begins, perhaps even be the trigger due to the chaos it would cause, but there is some debate about that.

I think that the vaccine may be something to prepare the world for the mark because in the Bible, it states that no one will be able to buy or sell without the mark. And as it seems now, anyone who doesn’t take the vaccine will be hated for “posing danger to the public” and not allowed in some places.
