I guess I'm lucky my church is Conservative.
I don't know the political opinion of my church lol, I'm a catholic and I *think* catholics are more liberal
shouldnt a church be about religion and not politics?
It's not about politics. Politics is almost never mentioned. And when it is, it's nonly used as an example. Not as a political statement.
And besides, a church can still be Conservative without having any politics
oh? how so?
It's quite simple, beliefs. It's kind of sad you don't realize that with a little common sense
lmfao
beliefs in politics you dumbass
its still a political stance is it not?
politics is a huge thing especially in the catholic church, mostly geopoloitics in the european area of austria, germany, slovakia, italy and some other countries
politics is a huge thing specifically in the catholic church
not for the catholic people
but the church
No, faith beliefs. Not political, dumbass
Political beliefs stem from religion belief. Or at least most political views do
Yeah
exactly, it is a big part in religion but your "faith" is something that comes from urself
Faith is a gift from God though
At least in christianity
i myself am a christian but i would not call it a "gift" but a descision of truth seeking and agapi (the divine love) wich is infact given by god wich is love that no human relationship has
then dont come here lmao
I have Faith in God.
right the word religion gets used in many wrong ways
i usually also say faith but that other people understand i say religion
The word religion should only be used to describe a group of people with the same faiths. But to say that somebody's faith is religion is the wrong way to use the word.
that is not how i was using it but yeah
I went to a Bible college...faith is a gift from God. Let me go find the verse
Faith is a gift.
Ephesians 2: 8-10
they are still political
what about pharies then? regardless of wich religion they were also political leaders and thats a historical fact
They twisted religious beliefs
Pharisees and Sadducees twisted the laws of Moses in order to control the people
but they were political leaders
regardless
They weren't even supposed to be political leaders they were supposed to be spiritual leaders
