I smoked them both around 11 hours, I kinda messed up by using my vertical (its a short one). I should have used my 10x bigger horizontal smoker with the firebox but it uses soooo much more charcoal and wood. like A LOT more
the beef is extremely tender, smoke really penetrated the meat very well. I can cut it with a butter knife
I shouldn't use my vertical when I'm doing pork because the fat drips and I have flare ups. I can prevent it by using my water bowl that came with it but I prefer to keep the meat moist by spritzing Dr Pepper instead. my vertical is extremely short and I really need to buy another 1 like a Smokey Mountain

decent smoke rings but still not as good as I wanted. very tender and juicy though, extremely tasty. can cut with a butter knife as well.
I barely had any room for the smoke to circulate until the meat shrank the lid was kinda sitting on the edges of the meat lol, that's why the smoke rings are mediocre
@vocal†rance i wanna try smoking. I only have a Weber 21” kettle grill but I think I can rig it up for smoking duty
I only like Octopus when i cant see or feel the suction Cups xD like in Takoyaki

Chicken rice broccoli and peppers
Simple yet delicious
Just picked all of my jalapeno plants. Got a half gallon jar this time. Mostly green ones with a couple ghost peppers. This one I am dropping that whole garlic in to ferment with it
I packed these ones in. Garlic on the bottom and 2 ghost peppers on top (the other 3 had bugs, not sure why only the ghost peppers got eaten this year. Not a single jalapeno was eaten. However 2 out of every 3 ghost were infested)

Im kind of scared with the red batch. These jalapenos are ignorant. It took me 30 minutes to get over eating one raw. And I eat these things on everything.
