I think it's called the 2day cookie by Tasty

They take about two days to make and they're supposed to be very chewy on the inside and crispy around the edges

The cookies I made are covered in powdered sugar that soaked in vanilla bean flavor for 24 hours. For ideal results the powdered sugar should soak for 2 weeks but who can wait 2 weeks for cookies xD

A little on the dry side
I confused the recipe when doubling it so I might've added a little too much flour
It would've seen easier to make it more buttery if I had a pasty blender

Otherwise it's pretty good for a first attempt
