I first cooked the meat with the veggies in a skillet, but you can grill it to if you want.

I see now.. what sort of sauce did you use?

That is a red Chile Sauce, you could chop up jalapeños instead if you wanted to, or you could just use salsa really.
It all depends on what you got to work with and taste of course.

Hint if you use fresh jalapeños devein & de seed them first
