but depending on what happens you might have some people forming makeshift army's to take stuff back and if a organized effort is used to crush a "point of resistance" i wouldn't be surprised if people came with semi modern stuff

tbf i think if the us ever gets to a point where preppers are needed, then outside forces would flock to prop up groups
