Doesn’t feel safe, but I’m not sure of the stuff they sell, maybe there’s a safe one and all that.

2020-12-17 18:04:05 UTC

Doggy doors aren’t very good for insulating warm air...

2020-12-17 18:05:38 UTC

That’s another reason I’d never get one.

2020-12-17 19:50:17 UTC

I can vouch for everything they listed. Raccoons, other cats, dogs, small children, and the occasional gator. You can guess where I live.

2020-12-17 21:01:14 UTC

But which is worse? The gators, or the small children?

2020-12-17 21:23:56 UTC

the children

2020-12-17 21:24:20 UTC

The children are fast...

2020-12-17 21:28:34 UTC

definitely the children.

2020-12-17 23:47:56 UTC

Bumper learned a new trick

2020-12-17 23:48:26 UTC

also yeah the children can be worse

2020-12-17 23:48:35 UTC

at least gators will eat pests

2020-12-17 23:48:52 UTC

and mostly stay in the water

2020-12-17 23:52:41 UTC
2020-12-17 23:53:11 UTC

Here in arizona even in the remote areas there is nothing to worry about

2020-12-17 23:53:39 UTC

Lack of animals

2020-12-17 23:55:07 UTC

Arizona issues would include, snakes, pumas, coyotes, lizards, spiders, Ringtails(a desert racoon), and other desert critters

2020-12-17 23:56:35 UTC

At least gators can't climb trees

2020-12-17 23:58:54 UTC

Although pumas are less difficult to kill doesn't make encountering a mountain lion any less terror inducing

2020-12-18 00:00:26 UTC

Oh and the small children thing would still apply in AZ especially if you live near the border.

2020-12-18 00:01:08 UTC

They get into everything

2020-12-18 00:01:19 UTC

Animals are very rare out here in arizona, whenever im out i rarely find somewhat fresh sign

2020-12-18 00:01:37 UTC

That could be just my area

2020-12-18 00:01:42 UTC

Or plain bad luck

2020-12-18 00:02:13 UTC

Are you actively looking and searching for signs though?

2020-12-18 00:02:29 UTC

Or just passive attention as you move about?

2020-12-18 00:02:39 UTC

Plus i live in the suburbs near a state park, but even when im camping i dont see stuff besides one time a tent in my troop got attacked by a bear

2020-12-18 00:02:43 UTC

Passive

2020-12-18 00:03:23 UTC

The most i see is fox and deer scat with the occasional elk track

2020-12-18 00:03:48 UTC

And lots of squirrels but there more of pests then anything

2020-12-18 00:03:48 UTC

And that doggy door is an open invite for the fox

2020-12-18 00:03:58 UTC

And squirrel

2020-12-18 00:04:21 UTC

Trust me

2020-12-18 00:04:27 UTC

Or not

2020-12-18 00:04:33 UTC

Your decision

2020-12-18 00:04:40 UTC

Thats in flag, i live down in the valley

2020-12-18 00:04:53 UTC

I camp alot near flagstaff

2020-12-18 00:05:17 UTC

Do what you wish, just don't be upset if I point, laugh, and say I told you so later

2020-12-18 01:12:05 UTC

Hey, I'd do it, I could get a free fox out of it.

2020-12-18 02:05:32 UTC

Just look at this cat
