Carbon fiber and some metal infused heat resistant glue as a experimental composite. Stable with mechanical strength at 1,200 degrees for roughly 10 mim

Possible candidate for some DIY no machining nozzles. Only issue is carbon fiber is great at transfering heat and this composite can withstand a lot of heat, but won't blead it off like pheloic resin

Usually carbon fiber rocket nozzles are made with a pheloic resin core and carbon fiber around the outside
