You guys can have fun with that problem I'm not that good at math.

2020-12-21 04:55:12 UTC

Me neither

2020-12-21 04:55:54 UTC

@Chair did he do it right? I think he did besides the m^-2 part. I'm not great at this 😅

2020-12-21 04:56:35 UTC

From what I understand he did it right

2020-12-21 05:20:18 UTC

oh shit, sorry, man.

2020-12-21 05:20:29 UTC

you understand the basis of it, though?

2020-12-21 05:20:44 UTC

Yeah I think so. Thank you!

2020-12-21 05:46:28 UTC

I think this problem requires you to know the quotient rule: If two bases (one on numerator and one on denominator) are the same, you can just subtract their exponents. 🙂

2020-12-21 05:48:02 UTC

Ex. m^6/m^2 = m^4. Since both have the "m" base, you can subtract the 6 exponent minus the 2 exponent, 6 - 2 = 4, so that would equal m^4. 😉

I looked at this channel and thought it was the <#722914562160197663> channel for sone reason

2020-12-21 06:17:32 UTC

I hadn't realized we had a new channel 😂

2020-12-21 06:27:46 UTC

Popular demand 😂

2020-12-21 06:30:15 UTC

I see
Might as well use this channel to get through history and math this year 😂

2020-12-21 06:42:16 UTC

I can help you on Canadian history if you ever need it <:KEK:726877368601411624>

2020-12-21 06:42:48 UTC

I don't know much about it so I wouldn't mind

2020-12-21 07:36:01 UTC

OOoooooh I see. Thank you!

2020-12-21 09:15:01 UTC

Nice. This channel is pretty cool

2020-12-21 15:56:04 UTC

Lol I missed a simplifying question

2020-12-21 15:58:14 UTC

I think its too late but the 8 and 2 cancel out for sure

2020-12-21 15:59:08 UTC

N cancels out

2020-12-21 15:59:28 UTC

The numerator should have a z, the m I'm not too confident in

2020-12-21 16:01:29 UTC

I think m^-7 is gonna go on the numerator

2020-12-21 16:01:44 UTC

But I forgot if you multiply or add the exponent lol

2020-12-22 13:53:37 UTC

wait so we can put our homework in here and get help? 🙂

2020-12-22 14:00:52 UTC

Yep. Just no google drive links or downloadable files

2020-12-22 15:58:45 UTC

should i take honors classes in high school?

2020-12-22 16:09:34 UTC

if you think you're up for it. my advice is yes since it's always better to start from the top and scale back if it's too much. but talk to your guidance counselor as well as your parents and yourself to honestly evaluate your ability

2020-12-22 16:11:36 UTC

Ok

2020-12-22 16:43:22 UTC

Try to take AP or dual credit @Violin

2020-12-22 18:22:49 UTC

Im gonna finish my english college in high school so definitely do dual enrollment. You do have to be a good student and maintain good grades @Violin

2020-12-22 18:23:42 UTC

i was prompted with this question in science when i was told that in high school i choose between the normal science class or honors

2020-12-22 18:24:26 UTC

my current grade is 95%

2020-12-22 18:33:30 UTC

Then i would go with honors, you definitely seem capable if you have a 95

2020-12-22 19:44:25 UTC

ok thanks for the advice

2020-12-22 19:47:38 UTC

If those honors classes have a gpa boost like ap classes and dual credit classes do its a great choice but if not theres not much of a point to struggle without the weighted grade

2020-12-22 19:50:25 UTC

they do have extra weight

2020-12-22 19:50:41 UTC

something about 5.0s GPAs and H grades

2020-12-22 20:00:26 UTC

yeah that would be a great choice

2020-12-22 20:00:32 UTC

recomended

2020-12-22 20:00:35 UTC

much

2020-12-22 20:15:02 UTC

can anybody help me figure out the pattern for this sequence?
