nah, like more extensive backround checks, abuse checks and a waiting period of a few weeks

in some places it's already done that. you've to get background check and have to know a specific place to buy your guns, not just walking into walmart

i get that, but those background checks are off of an often incomplete nation database, so what I am suggesting is the national database as well as the police databases of every place you have held residence. also have an anonomuos way to put into a different database whether of not someone is abusive, as like som 85% of homcides are spouces

That is, in my opinion, a violent crime because they are using violence. If it is one ore two incidents however they still should be allowed to get a gun.

a) call the cops on them, b) if you have a gun in your house you are more likely to be shot with it than use it on the inturuder c)valid point, I'll have to think on that
