constitutional laws get approved thru a process, but unless it's provided to the public first during committee first, depending the state laws for constitutional process, it's deemed illegal law

so in other words this hasnt quite passed yet?

forcing a bill thru the constitutional process without going thru committee and public interaction/exposure to take notice of it(most of calif doesn't give shit about this, because they're dumbfucks)

Well I get the feeling cali is starting to wake the hell up slowly but surely

not passed yet ...still needs few steps to go....but like any constitutional bill to law process, it can be reversed as simply as replacing the elected officials that put the corrupt bill in the first place

and going thru the very same process to or the proper process to reverse any set constitutional law on the books

and no, unlike the president of the usa, where the pres' eo's can override any constitutional action with limitations, no mayor, nor state gov can override any state/city constitutional laws, but they can have yea/nay/veto option of said constitutional bills into laws

these ppl don't wake up til their kids get into sexual encounters with ppl too old morally for them before the ppl take action to change constitutional laws to fix that, u can't just take it to court anymore if theres a constitutional law protecting their activity

best to wake them up to this bs and get it fixed on constitutional level, if those elected refuse to follow the rules of their voters for their office, then they can be recalled out of office and force a new electoral vote for a valid replacement that will follow the instructions of their voters

court action used to work..but the problem is they were admiralty law system...which is illegal under the constitution of the republic of the usa

Civics was mandatory course back in the day... I don't know if it's an elective now.

blame dept of education ...they stripped it back in 1980

i took a few yrs of it before it got stripped out

I took poli sci here in cali as a manditory, I was forced to answer thinks wrong knowing the real facts in order to get a passing grade

most of the enforced laws around this nation til trump got elected were admiralty laws(which is why u felt like u were getting fucked over by the gov all the time)

theres tons of admiralty laws on the books...most of them everybody hates...some of them good, but the good ones need to be turned into constitutional laws

That's probably why they want to flood the country with immigrants who passed high school age, yhat don't have a clue how our system works and is only looking to pass the naturalization process for a green card. They bring in their third world thinking.

up til 2000's ...even legal immigrants had to take civics to earn the right to be a citizen, after 20yrs of usa citizens being stripped of the right to learn civics except as a college elective

after 2000's ....it basically became a custom course at select few colleges/uni's ...while rest of the educational system rejected it

i dont trust college to teach important topics about gov in cali, the just straight lie to us

so only their ppl know the civics and not anybody else
