This California legislation that we're talking about is sooo confusing, but it looks like it has been amended multiple times since it was first introduced. From the looks of it, nothing bad has changed and it could have been a worthless bill. The bill changes "he or her" into "the person". If this amended bill pass, it looks like things will stay the same; HOWEVER, it is not written with "he or her". Keep in mind, people are catching on to the sick games lefties like to play in identity politics. If they don't identify as "he or her" or in that gender realm, then these assholes can get away with laws. I think some group of pedos tried to pass a bill and it failed them. It turned around and smacked them in the face. If I'm correct (because i'm too fucking lazy to read the whole bill), then the bill was amended into a bill now criminalizes ALL persons not just "he or her".
