yeah. at my home, we don't own phones until 12 or 13 (my sister got hers just a few months back, and I didn't own one until i'm 19)

yup. i told my mum and dad i don't need a phone even when i went to uni. they insisted. but since owning a phone my productivity goes down a lot

certainly not kids as young as 14. i inherit a laptop and it's more than enough to help me study and stay in contact with everyone

I was thinking about doing that for my kids as well. My parents gave me a flip phone to contact them while I'm outside the house so maybe a flip phone will be the only exception

Yes. It points out the contradictory attitude that a lot of people on the modern left have while making really comedic parodies of the media. And it does all this while comparing the people who do this to video game characters which just follow their programming - which is a rather clever way of representing it.

So yeah, the NPC meme is quite clever and has made me laugh quite a few times
