My guy thinks the wage gap still exists. If an employer could save money from hiring a woman why wouldn’t they. They push narratives of white guilt to every circumstance. Saying that even if a person of colour, a woman, or any other person except for a white man probably couldn’t even get a job if they had vastly higher qualifications.
