An argument against pro-life people is that they stop caring about the baby after it is born

2020-12-05 01:39:20 UTC

Obviously not all people are like that

2020-12-05 01:41:16 UTC

it is true that some would be put at orphanages or adoption places but it doesn't mean that not being born is better

2020-12-05 01:41:34 UTC

"So covid is a public health concern. But how does the choice of only one individual affect the global population? Even if there are multiple individuals who choose not to take a vaccine, ***those*** people would be the unprotected ones but by ***their choice***. How does that affect the population of people who ***do*** choose to take the vaccine?"

2020-12-05 01:42:54 UTC

that's a good point

2020-12-05 01:44:39 UTC

"Yes, herd immunity is a good thing, but you can't rule out basic human nature and free will. "

2020-12-05 01:44:57 UTC

*distant girl fetuses cry*

2020-12-05 01:45:00 UTC

Its good to care for your fellow citizens in my opinion

2020-12-05 01:45:22 UTC

It's good to care for them but you can't force them to do anything

2020-12-05 01:45:56 UTC

where i live you cant attend public school unless you have taken a set of vaccines

2020-12-05 01:46:07 UTC

and they will give them to you if you cant afford it

2020-12-05 01:46:08 UTC

i hate abortion, but considering it's already legalized, it's very hard to put a stop to abortion. so. abortion should be allow, but only up to 3-4 weeks.

2020-12-05 01:46:15 UTC

which is good I think

2020-12-05 01:46:26 UTC

I understand they want to protect so that's fine

2020-12-05 01:46:28 UTC

because Children will grow up believing whatever the parents tell them

2020-12-05 01:46:34 UTC

they arent free-willed

2020-12-05 01:46:35 UTC

My current school made me get vaccinations and blood tests

2020-12-05 01:46:39 UTC

Last year

2020-12-05 01:46:49 UTC

So that I could enroll

2020-12-05 01:46:52 UTC

dont the kids have to get the parents permission?

2020-12-05 01:47:00 UTC

probabky

2020-12-05 01:47:10 UTC

oh, that happens all the times. the big question here is: are the covid vaccines proven to be safe for everybody? some vaccines/drugs took decades for the consequence to be visible

2020-12-05 01:47:44 UTC

well the initial tests have shown them to be mostly safe

2020-12-05 01:47:54 UTC

im sure there are some people who cant because of conditions

2020-12-05 01:48:10 UTC

but for the average person it looks like it should be safe

2020-12-05 01:48:39 UTC

you can absolutely make the case that the parents manipulate the children as much as the government does. which is why the system works when the parents and government agree, but doesn't work when the parents oppose the government

2020-12-05 01:49:18 UTC

so that takes in mind who is making the better choice

2020-12-05 01:49:21 UTC

I will wait for a better virus since the current ones require to be re vaccinated after some time right?

2020-12-05 01:49:27 UTC

which is debatable in every aspect

2020-12-05 01:49:40 UTC

but in the end in America we have freedom

2020-12-05 01:49:55 UTC

so unless the government takes away freedom

2020-12-05 01:50:03 UTC

the kid stays under parental control

2020-12-05 01:50:35 UTC

again, it's "initial" right? remember: 1) all these companies are exempt from liabilities (ie. so if there are any death, the companies cannot be sued). 2) it's RNA-vaccine, which is a brand new tech only recently developed in 2018. 3) some vaccines/drugs took decades for the consequences to be visible

2020-12-05 01:51:14 UTC

I think the made in china tag will affect on peoples perceptions on the vaccine

2020-12-05 01:51:33 UTC

well pray that they are safe for the doctors will be the ones getting them first

2020-12-05 01:51:41 UTC

if the doctors die we are hella fucked

2020-12-05 01:52:45 UTC

for sure. not that all parents are "good", but most of the time government has a proven track record of screwing things over

2020-12-05 01:53:08 UTC

with kids?

2020-12-05 01:53:12 UTC

government sees things from the "data" perspective -- it's all numbers to them. parents sees things at ground zero

2020-12-05 01:53:51 UTC

yes but unlike Cuba the government doesnt try to indoctrinate kids, more likely the parents will

2020-12-05 01:53:51 UTC

with a lot of things -- war, education system, welfare system, etc.
