I won't date a lot of people because of who they are, and what they say they are. (Example, I won't date females)
Not because I don't like them, but because I know I wouldn't be happy in a romantic relationship with them.

Yes, being trans may not be an STD, but if I want to get married and have kids, then that's what I want, and I'm not hurting anyone by doing so. I'm sure someone who is trans is not going to die because I won't date them.
