i hope they sue for 4th amendment violations, i think they would win. had a few conversations with my lawyer friends. There is a question of whether or not a governor's executive order is a law, that masks are to stop an infected person from spreading anything and wearing one for protection should not be mandatory (my body my choice), that there are no standards for masks (anything on your face counts), the fact that they are releasing criminals from jail, but arresting people for the above offense, and foremost that there are constitutional implications in these type of restrictions... none of my friends think this would survive a constitutional challenge.

if u look deeply into potus eo's ....trump's in particular...u'd notice his eo's were actually enforcing existing constitutional laws

so any mayor or gov eo's should be enforcing existing constitutional laws...but medical emergency orders are not constitutional laws
