hows taht

2020-10-27 20:19:12 UTC

If you aren't qualified for a job or school, you're not going to succeed in it.

2020-10-27 20:19:23 UTC

I'm all in for neutral action. Hah!

2020-10-27 20:19:34 UTC

Graduation rates for minorities go down when you have affirmative action.

2020-10-27 20:19:47 UTC

alright

2020-10-27 20:19:54 UTC

They are also not likely to try again, so then they're left without an education.

2020-10-27 20:20:07 UTC

And then go into crime, drugs, etc.

2020-10-27 20:20:18 UTC

I don't know about that one.

2020-10-27 20:20:22 UTC

can we agree that education needs far more funding

2020-10-27 20:20:28 UTC

Yes and no.

2020-10-27 20:20:29 UTC

Education needs reform.

2020-10-27 20:20:40 UTC

Yeah, no more "diversity training"

2020-10-27 20:20:43 UTC

yes, but why not more money

2020-10-27 20:20:53 UTC

lets make it more alike Finlands, without all the BLM crap

2020-10-27 20:20:58 UTC

@little hollow or just when nessasary

2020-10-27 20:21:02 UTC

Because the government is wasteful.

2020-10-27 20:21:24 UTC

yeah we spend 750 bil on military! give some to the schools

2020-10-27 20:21:49 UTC

hey @DarkSkyKEC what do you think it means to be american

2020-10-27 20:21:50 UTC

Say that when China attacks.... okay....

2020-10-27 20:21:52 UTC

Education shouldn't even be ran by the federal government.

2020-10-27 20:21:56 UTC

Nah, I'd rather see investment from corporations into education.

2020-10-27 20:22:00 UTC

Stop diverting from the original topic.

2020-10-27 20:22:16 UTC

@little hollow I personallt think having 4X chinas spending is enough

2020-10-27 20:22:27 UTC

and that would free up 150 billion

2020-10-27 20:22:47 UTC

@DarkSkyKEC im trying to find agreements to further my original argument

2020-10-27 20:22:55 UTC

Just let the free market invest in it πŸ˜‚

2020-10-27 20:23:16 UTC

@LuckyPuffy what does it mean to be an American to you, I need to know for this debate

2020-10-27 20:23:54 UTC

oh, and worsen the socio-econimic divide by allowing the rich to go into sole private schools

2020-10-27 20:23:54 UTC

To be a citizen of the United States. Oh, and to live the American Dream and to love the country.

2020-10-27 20:24:13 UTC

We're talking about so-called systemic racism.

2020-10-27 20:24:21 UTC

Not class divisions.

2020-10-27 20:25:33 UTC

Man, the libtards are just envious of the rich being able to go to private schools just because they're rich and they can.

2020-10-27 20:26:34 UTC

How dare you enjoy the money you made!

2020-10-27 20:28:08 UTC

Like even if I was dying on the side of the road I still wouldn't care there was some rich guy out there on a yacht

2020-10-27 20:28:26 UTC

@DarkSkyKEC I'm getting back to that@LuckyPuffy because I think what it means to be American is to strive for the ideals set out in the constitution and declaration of independence, among those is equality, so, yes, I would like to strive for a "And "an equal system" is a nice dream," and yes there will always be but a wealthy people "but there will always be richer people in your ideaπŸ˜‡ " But a better regulated capitalist system would lead to a higher standard of living and a healthier economy in the US.

2020-10-27 20:28:45 UTC

We're still talking about systemic racism.

2020-10-27 20:30:41 UTC

@DarkSkyKEC almost back, hang on please @little hollow you know, the rich can be rich, and that is fine, but there is a point where they should give back, nobody need over 10 billion dollars. @LuckyPuffy and I do go to a private school, and yes I know I am a hypocrite but I will always try to make the world a better place.

2020-10-27 20:31:47 UTC

Nah man. They should only give back if they so choose.

2020-10-27 20:31:48 UTC

"All men are created equal" is true, but notice this. All men may be created equal, but they're not. Think of it as a running competition. We're all at the start line, all of us on an equal foot and with theoretical equal chances of winning. The race begins... and the best one wins. Again, equality of opportunity, not of outcome. And haha, all liberals are like that πŸ˜‚ anyways, back to systemic racism.

2020-10-27 20:32:13 UTC

The rich do give back in the form of providing jobs in order to make those dollars in the first place, in the form of paying taxes, in the form of charity, in the form of reinvestment.. etc.

2020-10-27 20:32:55 UTC

If you want the rich to not exploit tax loopholes, that's different from the general idea we're talking about here.
